After your measurement, your clothes will be delivered to you for your first trial within 5 working days. We ensure a 100% fitting guarantee and thus if you find any problem or you think any alteration is needed, our team will take back the clothes and at the time of final delivery, all your problems will be solved. Your final clothes will be delivered within 2 working days after they are returned for the alterations.
What if my garments have some problems or there are some changes that are needed?
When you are purchasing from us, you don’t have to worry about this anymore as our Customer Success Team is always there to help you out with all your problems regarding the products. Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on delivery option is available for all the products on our website.
Is UPI payment accepted?
Yes, all kinds of online payments are accepted that include Debit/Credit cards and UPI too.
How much advance payment has to be made?
On the orders below Rs.2000 /-, an advance payment of at least Rs.500 has to be done and the rest of the amount can be paid at the time of delivery. On the orders above 2000, the advance payment has to be done at a minimum of 35% of the order amount.
What is included in the 1-year Product Guarantee?
Our 1-year product guarantee is for all the tailoring or material problems, such as if the clothes are not tailored as per your fit or the given measurement, color fade in the fabric, etc.
What is the price range of customized shirts?
Our Shirts start at just Rs.799 and they can go up to 10k also.
How many days will it take for my clothes to get altered?
Your garments will be delivered to you within 2 working days after you have returned them for the alterations.
